Spring, the UK’s leading home buying and part exchange service, is continuing its growth trajectory with the announcement of a new partnership with Connells Group.

Spring will offer its fully-funded part exchange solutions and chain repair service to Connells’ Land and New Homes division, helping to enhance sales and revenue for the Group across the country.

Connells Group, the UK’s largest agency for new homes sales, joins over 100 developers and estate agency brands that currently utilise the Spring service, which is centred around providing speed, certainty and transparency for its clients.

The partnership will enable Connells Group to offer Spring’s fully-funded part exchange solution and chain repair service to its developer clients that don’t offer their own in-house part exchange. Spring will purchase the buyers’ existing property, removing the hassle and delay of waiting to sell their old home and facilitating a smoother onward move.

As Spring continues to expand its services in the marketplace, it is providing homeowners with convenience and greater control when moving into their new build homes, while also facilitating developers in keeping their sales pipelines moving, allowing them to secure more plots and increase revenue.
