The second stage of recruitment process would include an interview with the relevant department Spring managers. This could take place over a couple of stages, but don’t worry we are all very friendly and we can answer any questions you may have long the way! Often there is a third round of interviews with other department members and managers.
This may sound daunting, but this is very much a two-way process for us. You need to make sure this would be to the right role for you just as much as we want to find the right person!

National Property Trade are currently developing improved Tech and Branding solutions to allow the business to run an inhouse panel and support partners with a streamlined application system allowing them to offer a guaranteed sale to their customers. The goal of this project in terms of business development is to position our offering as a true partner to agents by offering instructions in return for valuations, and offering the opportunity for agents to earn additional fee revenue to work with our product and instruct them ultimately to resell following acquisition.
We are looking for someone to use their experience to be responsible for valuing residential properties for acquisition by the company.
The company act as principle, buying the property directly from homeowners. The business works equally with seller from direct web enquiries or from introductions via partners. Once the sale is agreed, the Progression Manager will work within the property trading team to progress the acquisition in line with customer or partner account deadlines. A key focus for this role requires system due diligence, working with the finance team ensuring appropriate forecasting and cashflow management.
The Property Advisor will be the first point of contact for all general enquiries. Their role is to ensure that every client has a positive interaction with the Company and that they are left with an excellent impression of the business, providing a ‘5 star’ service at all times.
