If your CV is of interest to Spring, a first stage telephone interview will be arranged with our Recruitment team.


The second stage of recruitment process would include an interview with the relevant department Spring managers. This could take place over a couple of stages, but don’t worry we are all very friendly and we can answer any questions you may have long the way! Often there is a third round of interviews with other department members and managers.

This may sound daunting, but this is very much a two-way process for us. You need to make sure this would be to the right role for you just as much as we want to find the right person!

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new accounts and leads into the business, ensuring the strategy and wider business projects are delivered, providing a standout experience at all times enabling the release of long term value in an efficient and effective way. As a key role in the new Customer Success team the individual will be expected to be proactive and able to handle change in an ever-evolving role, supporting the Head of department to analyse performance from new and existing Estate Agents, Developers and Partners. Working predominantly from our new Croydon office, the individual will be an integral part of the wider team collaborating on sales and experience journeys alongside the customer, valuations, underwriting, progression and finance teams.
