ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE: Supporting the Valuations Manager and Lead Asset Manager in ensuring high-quality agents are selected to conduct valuations and to manage our property assets effectively through to sale. The ultimate goal is to reduce Spring’s overall hold time and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
This is a commercially focused role where the team member will be directly involved in trading property stock on behalf of the company. You will be responsible for negotiating sales, optimising pricing strategies, and ensuring that each asset delivers maximum value within the shortest possible timeframe.
Key responsibilities include:
-Coordinating with agents to ensure prompt valuation and RICS instructions
-Overseeing the marketing of acquired properties and managing agent feedback
-Reviewing marketing prices and negotiating offers to secure swift SSTC outcomes
-Collaborating with the Sales Progression Team to ensure seamless handover of accepted offers
-Actively trading property stock, making commercially driven decisions to maximise returns
In addition to managing valuations and the existing portfolio, the role will focus on expanding our estate agency panel. This includes identifying and onboarding new agents in areas where we currently lack coverage, negotiating commercial terms, processing AML and KYS documentation, and integrating them into our panel for future instructions.
The role also involves contributing to the ongoing refinement and use of Spring’s software. You’ll help identify opportunities to build automations, leverage AI tools, and streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Your insights will play a key role in shaping how we scale our asset management capabilities and grow the business.
Essential skills required:
-Previous estate agency or asset management experience
-Good numerical skills, including computer literacy (Excel, • Word, MS Outlook).
-Experience with CRM’s, especially Salesforce is a plus.
SALES FORCE ADMINISTRATOR: We are developing Salesforce-based platforms and applications to manage everything from property acquisition and partner relationships to customer journeys and internal processes. We are therefore looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to support our growth.
This role will report to our IT Project Manager and will work closely with all other departments and is a great opportunity for a newly certified Salesforce Administrator to begin their career. You will assist the internal tech team with configuration, support, and improvements across our Salesforce environment.The role includes hands-on work with users, supporting system changes, maintaining clean data, and helping the team build a high-performing and scalable solution.
Key responsibilities include:
-Support daily Salesforce admin tasks such as user account setup, access controls, and permissions
-Assist in managing page layouts, record types, validation rules, and other standard Salesforce configurations
-Help build and troubleshoot Flows and other process automations
-Maintain clean data through deduplication, validation, and regular audits
-Support internal users by responding to support queries and raising tickets when necessary
-Help create reports and dashboards to support operations and stakeholder reporting
-Document system changes and admin processes for internal reference
Essential skills required:
-Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required
-Some practical Salesforce experience is desirable, including internships or personal projects
-Understanding of Salesforce basics such as objects, fields, and record-level access
-Willingness to learn Flows and other automation tools
-Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (ARM): Supporting the Estate Agency and Developer lead generation strategy by working collaboratively with the Spring BDMS, Acquisitions and Progression Teams, making opening calls to prospective customers, actively managing live offers and leads, building relationships with agency branches and sites via calls and visits, creating reporting and pitching to new clients. If a new account is secured, this role will also be responsible for helping to onboard the client. This is a varied role that is made for someone who enjoys every working day being different, who understands excellent service to customers leads to greater profitability and has strong communication skills.
This role will require travel 2-3 days a month. This individual will need to be mature and independent, able to hold their own with clients, with a strong ability to effectively manage their time. Reporting to the Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral part of Spring’s Relationships team.
Key responsibilities include:
-Make opening calls to leads referred by Estate Agency branches
-Manage all live leads and offers, working with the Acquisition and Progression team and relevant field team to see them through to success
-Build and maintain profitable relationships with our B2B clients including agency branch managers and sales managers through face-to-face visits, emails and call, ensuring we can unlock long-term value.
-Provide excellent service to clients, responding swiftly and effectively to their needs and requests.
-Be one of the primary points of contact for our clients.
-Proactively manage the meeting schedule with our clients.
-Support off-site developer events.
-Track and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales funnel reporting, using the data to highlight and plan process improvements.
-Report internally and externally to clients on results of the sales strategy.
-Create sales presentation in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
-Pitch to new agency and developer accounts, onboarding successful pitches and working with BDMs and RMs on rollout strategy.
-Use our CRM to maintain and analyse all data.
-Forecast sales performance for clients.
Performance in this role is measured on project deliverables, effect on the volume of leads and acquisitions, as well as the quality of customer service delivered.
