INTERVIEWS

The second stage of recruitment process would include an interview with the relevant department Spring managers. This could take place over a couple of stages, but don’t worry we are all very friendly and we can answer any questions you may have long the way! Often there is a third round of interviews with other department members and managers.

This may sound daunting, but this is very much a two-way process for us. You need to make sure this would be to the right role for you just as much as we want to find the right person!

ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (ARM): Supporting the Estate Agency and Developer lead generation strategy by working collaboratively with the Spring BDMS, Acquisitions and Progression Teams, making opening calls to prospective customers, actively managing live offers and leads, building relationships with agency branches and sites via calls and visits, creating reporting and pitching to new clients. If a new account is secured, this role will also be responsible for helping to onboard the client. This is a varied role that is made for someone who enjoys every working day being different, who understands excellent service to customers leads to greater profitability and has strong communication skills.

This role will require travel 2-3 days a month. This individual will need to be mature and independent, able to hold their own with clients, with a strong ability to effectively manage their time. Reporting to the Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral part of Spring’s Relationships team.

Key responsibilities include:

-Make opening calls to leads referred by Estate Agency branches

-Manage all live leads and offers, working with the Acquisition and Progression team and relevant field team to see them through to success

-Build and maintain profitable relationships with our B2B clients including agency branch managers and sales managers through face-to-face visits, emails and call, ensuring we can unlock long-term value.

-Provide excellent service to clients, responding swiftly and effectively to their needs and requests.

-Be one of the primary points of contact for our clients.

-Proactively manage the meeting schedule with our clients.

-Support off-site developer events.

-Track and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales funnel reporting, using the data to highlight and plan process improvements.

-Report internally and externally to clients on results of the sales strategy.

-Create sales presentation in collaboration with the Marketing Team.

-Pitch to new agency and developer accounts, onboarding successful pitches and working with BDMs and RMs on rollout strategy.

-Use our CRM to maintain and analyse all data.

-Forecast sales performance for clients.

Performance in this role is measured on project deliverables, effect on the volume of leads and acquisitions, as well as the quality of customer service delivered.

Essential skills required:

5-10 years experience in Estate Agency

Strong skills in customer service and relationship management

Experienced working with B2B clients
