OUR HISTORY

Spring is continuation of the vision of Cormac Henderson, the founder of one of the UK’s original house buying companies, National Property Trade, and that of Shane Miller, the founder of Stonehaven Property Fund.

National Property Trade (NPT) bought its first home in 2007. After securing funding via Stonehaven in 2013, it went on to become the country’s largest house buyer with £60 million in annual buying power. In 2019, NPT continued its growth, increasing funding capacity to £300 million a year, allowing us to help even more home sellers.

As our team and company grew, so did the dream for how we could improve our offering to truly solve the challenges of home selling. Spring is the result of that – a company with homeowners needs at the heart and an aim to create the easiest home selling experience for them.

So while the Spring brand is new, it is the culmination of 14 years of experience. We have the largest and most reliable funding of any home buying service. If we make you an offer, we will complete on the date you choose.
