As part of the finance team, Sharon co manages Spring accounts, handling and setting up utilities, council tax and various accounts when needed.

Sharon loves going on walks and listening to music. She’s either engrossed in a novel or with her two children watching the latest fantasy series. Her current obsession being House of the Dragon.

Daniel works within our finance team and helps with the day-to-day running of the department, he also helps to manage the properties Spring buys, dealing with council tax, utilities and setting up the various accounts needed.

With a passion for country music, Dan is currently saving to visit Nashville. When he’s not listening to his favourite country artists, he loves watching boxing, football and is a keen follower of NFL.

Jo manages Spring’s B2B partners to ensure our Powered by Spring solutions deliver exactly what their business needs. Managing her team of Relationship Managers, Jo oversees all onboarding of our new partners and manages every aspect of their journey with Spring to ensure we always go above and beyond.

At home

Jo loves keeping fit and has completed numerous 10ks & half marathons. Loves walks in the welsh country side with her Toy Poodle and spending time with her family and friends

Sharon looks after our Spring B2B partners, working closely with their teams to ensure all key relationships are maintained effectively. Sharon travels throughout the UK visiting clients and provides training and support for partner open day events.

Sharon enjoys traveling and exploring new places, also likes going to the gym, socializing with friends and family and loves a bottomless brunch!

Marcus contacts clients and discusses potential property offers, whilst overseeing valuations and structuring deals.

Marcus love the gym, plus football, UFC, basketball and tennis. If not submerged in sport, loves to travel the world going to at least 3 countries a year.

Steven, work alongside Phil on key technical projects and innovations, administrate and support colleagues with IT Tech issues and queries.

Steven enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, being outdoors and also likes gaming.

Lauren is responsible for customer experience across the business, ensuring our customers can do business with us effectivity and efficiently whilst exceeding their service expectations.

Enjoys interior design, art and travel. Can be found most weekends upcycling furniture, shopping for one off homeware pieces or re-arranging the dinosaurs in her son's bedroom! When not busy with a paintbrush, going on adventurous holidays with her husband and son, George, is a firm favourite.

In his spare time Cormac enjoys all manner of outdoor pursuits, including sea swimming and links golf, that is of course when he isn’t busy being a husband to Alice and proud Dad to Finley and Octavia.

Fritha manages the day to day running of the office at Spring and supports the very busy Executive Team.

Fritha is a mum to her two beautiful girls, and dedicates many hours to one of her passions as a Dementia Specialist. Fritha even won a National Care Award in 2019 for “Beyond the call of duty”.

James runs Spring's B2B, Developer, Asset Management and Estate Agency Partnerships, working to build lasting and beneficial relationships with the UK's market-leading high-street brands.

At home

James is passionate about improving education in the community and loves doing DIY - especially redesigning and refurbishing properties. Sunny beaches and forest walks with his family are his favourite ways to recharge.

Simon is Head of Progression and oversees the sale of all properties acquired by Spring. Liaising with corporate clients, agents and buyers alike, to ensure a smooth and speedy transaction.

At home

Simon enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and their partners. Also keeping fit with 3 to 4 weekly gym spin classes, watching most sports and enjoys eating out with the odd drink or 3.

Shah is a first point of contact for customers contacting Spring, providing a transparent and efficient service as well as supporting customers throughout their journey with Spring.

At home

Shah likes to spend time with his family. He finds pleasure in cooking traditional food with knowledge of different styles and techniques, as well as adding his own touch of finesse. Shah also follows football and enjoys gaming.

Valerie is one of the first points of contact for our customers here at Spring, guiding through their home buying journey so it's a stress free and smooth process.

At home

Valerie loves social gatherings with family and friends, serving plenty of home cooked food along the way. A keen participant in sports including tennis and netball, Valerie has also recently started learning French online and loves it! Bonjour et au revoir!

Hayley is involved in onboarding new B2B partners, and is responsible for updating details on the CRM to ensure accurate reporting. She also assists with analysis to help develop further partnership opportunities.

Hayley loves to learn and always has a book and a few podcasts on the go. She also likes to work on the connection between body and mind, through yoga, Pilates and meditative breathing.

Samson supports both our B2B & B2C teams with purchasing our clients properties, mainly by obtaining valuations and other legal documents.

Samson enjoys going to the gym and going to live music performances.

Tina monitors the day to day financial activity of the company, this allows performance to be measured so management can make fully informed decisions about the business.

When she is not out walking in nature or reading classical novels, she is planning her next adventure. Her last one was a Vespa road trip around Sicily, camping at the foot of Mount Etna and swimming on the coast.

Shane is Spring’s numbers guy and deep thinker. If there is a tough problem to be solved, the Bat signal goes out for Shane.

In his dreams he is having a nap or watching Irish Rugby, but in reality one of his three kids is bouncing on his stomach or outrunning him in footie. He is married to COO Samar and wondering why she didn’t mention him in her bio?

Amanda-Jayne is a Sales Progression Manager, who manages a portfolio of both B2B and B2C properties acquired by Spring, from instructing marketing to progressing sales through to completion.

Amanda-Jayne enjoys gardening and feels the reward of watching things grow from seed. She also enjoys being in the kitchen and letting her creative mind turn a plate of food into a piece of art.

Sam overseas the underwriting team, whose job it is to assess the value and any risks associated with our customers' properties, whilst aiming to make the provide the best offer possible to suit their circumstances.

Sam is training to run a marathon next year. He plays guitar and keyboard as a hobby, although is not very good at either! He has an advanced open water diver certification and loves to scuba.

Phil oversees key company projects to grow, streamline and innovate Spring’s dedicated customer-focused services, plus manages technical projects as well as training.

Phil is a professional voice artist on the side! When he’s not talking to himself in a booth, he loves hiking, running and gaming.

Natalie looks after all the HR related matters and supports the organisation and staff to ensure that they are working in a happy and productive environment.

Natalie enjoys nothing better than spending time with her family, watching films and walks in the country.

Oliver oversees buying, selling and the portfolio team. He assists in underwriting, presenting offers, managing B2B relationships, managing solicitors and timescales.

Samar is responsible for making Spring run like a well-oiled machine, helping turn everyone’s clever ideas into reality, while also leading the Marketing and People initiatives.

You’ll always find her nose in a book. She has lived in 9 countries but misses her hometown of New York City the most. She loves hikes that end in in a country pub or a steaming onsen. Her 3 kids Anaia, Isha and Kiyan are her favourite WWF tag team ever. Her two boxer dogs, Cholula and Yoyo are her favourite comedy troupe.

Alison looks after marketing, helping oil the cogs of the Spring marketing machine with Samar, plus manages social media and creates content for our newsletters and blogs.

Alison loves mud-runs, and even lost a trainer in her last 10k event! She relishes family days at the beach, gym classes, baking cakes and nipping away for girls weekends.

Dan performs a variety of roles within Spring along specific responsibilities including analysis and underwriting for the customer-facing side of Spring, along with B2B property transactions. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, he works towards delivering the reliable, efficient experience our customers deserve.

At home

Dan likes spending time with his wife and two children travelling abroad, visiting theme parks, writing and playing chess. A big fan of science fiction he is frequently seen wearing T-shirts adorned with obscure sci-fi references that only true geeks would appreciate.

Hannah underwrites the offers on the properties we are asked to assess, taking into consideration the home's unique qualities and situation and sniffing out the best comparables to create her valuations.

Hannah is a mum to 2 small children. She wishes she had been bought up in the 50’s - she loves the era's fashion & music. Enjoys sewing, baking and soap making, going to the gym and running.

Rebecca manages all the B2B on the market properties and sold subject to contract cases, negotiating offers and tracking them through to exchange. Also participates in some buying and relationship management duties.

Rebecca likes to read and look after her 2 cats, Presley and Lolly, as well as socializing with friends and family.

Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department, updating financial records, processing invoices, bank reconciliations and supporting the Finance Manager.

Anna likes cycling, guitar playing, baking, travelling, camping, swimming, playing board games and spending time with family and friends. She even dabbled in paragliding once. Anna has 2 Masters Degrees in science and loves reading psychology books.
